Summer Basketball Workout Plan - How do you motivate your players

As a basketball coach for a long time fan of basketball, often ended the season basketball banquet at these words - "Basketball teams are made from November to March, basketball players from April to October. I hope they are in other sports like baseball and lacrosse, but they also want to play the baseline game of basketball on a regularIn these seasons.

Basketball is the most difficult sport to be for a period of time and then return to hope that the shooting and dribbling will be in touch or stroke - will not. Basketball facilities is an often overlooked aspect of youth basketball. If the player is in 6th are a class or school, there is much to gain a good summer training program and agenda. SUMMER workout routine

Ball Handling -
